PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which electrically connects an electric contact to an electric contactor. SOLUTION: In an electric connector, in which a first connector plate part 100 and a second connector plate part 200 are joined together with a free attaching and detaching, manner to electrically connect a plurality of electric contacts 110 on one side of the first connector plate part 100 with a plurality of electric contactors 400 on one side of a second connector plate part 200, the electric connector 400 is provided on a substrate 300 of the second connector plate part 200 and a slit-shaped cut-in part 320 is provided on the substrate 300 around the electric contactors 400, while a thickness of a substrate in an area part surrounding the whole of the electric contacts, and the electric contacts 400 has a stable elasticity. With the constitution, the electric connector can be made compact entirely with a simple structure, a contact failure caused by such as an unevenness in height of the electric contact 110 can be prevented, and a desired impedance characteristic can be also easily secured.
