PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion of a cable and stably hold the cable and prevent collection of rainwater inside the cable. SOLUTION: A rainproof cap 1 is mounted to a cap attaching part 13a adjacent to lower end of a converter 13. The rainproof cap 1 has a cylindrical part 1a, having approximate constant inside diameter, to be fitted with the cap attaching part 13a. A base end of a cylindrical tapered hole part 1b whose inside diameter is gradually made smaller toward its tip is continuously mounted with the cylindrical part 1a. A plurality of projections 1e extending to the neighborhood of other end part (the tip part) are formed on the internal surface of an insertion hole 1c of the tapered hole part 1b. The tip of each projection 1e are elastically contacted with peripheral surface of a coaxial cable 2.
