PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cable from being peeled and broken easily due to receiving bend or distortion by integrating a conductor laminated part exposing a conductor formed on one surface between a single layer laminated product with a conductor laminated part formed on a single layer laminated product of a laminating counter part through an insulating film with an adhesive double-adhesive layer. SOLUTION: In this flat cable, a single layer laminated product 11 is formed of a conductor laminated part 14 exposing a conductor on one surface in the middle, double-coated branch parts on both ends thereof and tip end parts exposing the conductor further on both ends thereof, respectively. The conductor exposed surface of the conductor laminated part 14 of one single layer laminated product 11 is faced to the conductor exposed surface of the conductor laminated part 14 of the other single layer laminated product 11. An adhesive double-adhesive insulator 17 is interposed between them and is heated and pressed from outside to integrally laminate with the conductor laminated parts 14. In this case, the hot-melt adhesive layer of an outer side insulating film exposed between and outside flat conductors aligned in parallel on the conductor exposed side of the conductor laminated parts 14 is thermally fused, fixed and integrally formed with the hot-melt adhesive layer of an insulating film.
