PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system facility device which automatically detect abnormality if an aged person, etc., who lives alone becomes unable to call for outside help by oneself and calls for outside help instead. SOLUTION: This house for the aged decides absence when a door is locked from outside and presence when the door is locked from inside and if the use of a lavatory is not detected for a set time, a controller automatically judges that abnormality has occurred and sends a help signal through an abnormality automatic receiving board and an abnormality automatic notification device. Emergency push buttons are provided in each room, a bathroom and the lavatory and the help signal is sent automatically through the controller.
