PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation regarding the collection and disposal of punch waste and to improve the operability regarding the collection of the punch waste by an administrator. SOLUTION: A collection control part 5 is coupled with a repeating device 2 and when a waste collection signal as a collection indication is supplied from the repeating device 2, the punch waste collection operation 8 is placed in operation. Each reading device 1 is provided with a punch waste reception part 15. The punch waste reception part 15 is coupled with an auxiliary duct 6 communicating with a common main duct 7. The auxiliary duct 6 is arranged below the punch waste reception part 15 and coupled with the main duct 7 which is sufficiently thick at its lower end. The main duct 7 is arranged across below the reading device 1 in each store S and one end is linked with the punch waste collection box 8b of the punch waste collection device 8. The punch waste collection device 8 stores the punch waste in the punch waste collection box 8b by a suction device 8a which sucks the punch waste.
