PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of preventing the difference of image quality in accordance with the position of a surface to be exposed and lowering of the resolution caused when the pattern of an original plate is printed on the surface to be exposed by eliminating the difference of a declination angle in accordance with a light irradiation position on the surface to be exposed of a body to be exposed and making a collimation angle small, too. SOLUTION: A light irradiation part 12 is constituted of a lamp 50 emitting light including an ultraviolet ray, a concave mirror 54 making the flux of rays of a direct light beam from the lamp the flux of parallel rays and guiding the parallel rays to the surface 56 to be exposed, and a reflector 52 having a reflecting surface reflecting the part of the light from the lamp and formed so that the flux of rays of the reflected light becomes the flux of parallel rays by the mirror 54 and is guided to the surface to be exposed.
