PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To destroy a microorganism to vanish the floating capacity and surfacing capacity of the microorganism present in water and to separate and remove the destroyed microorganism. SOLUTION: A water jet containing the microorganism is formed by pressurizing and jetting the water containing the microorganism, and the jet is allowed to impinge with the impingement surface 18 of a solid impingement member to destroy a part of the cell of the microorganism in the water, and the water is housed in a settling tank 23, and a part of the microorganism in which a part of the cell is destroyed is separated by settling and captured with fiber assemblage and the water from which the microorganism is separated is discharged. Water jetting nozzles 12 and 15 provided by connecting to the discharge port 7 of a water pressurizing device 6 having a suction port and the discharge port 7, the water impingement device provided with the solid impingement at the front of the water jetting nozzle and the settling tank 23 provided with an overflow part at the lower side of the water impingement device and disposed with the fiber assemblage at the discharge port are provided.
