PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash even that which has a hollow part such as a magazine rack without irregularity of washing and completely by individually providing an enveloping washing pipe enveloping the rack from the outside and an inner washing pipe for washing inner rack grooves. SOLUTION: A rack base 1 on which a printed circuit board housing box is mounted is provided in a body, and a frame like enveloping washing pipe 4 having washing nozzles 4a directed inward is arranged so as to surround the housing box mounted thereon, and an inner washing pipe 5 having washing nozzles 5a directed inward is provided so as to be inserted between the side plates of the housing box. Both an enveloping rinsing pipe 7 and an inner rinsing pipe 8 are provided for the enveloping washing pipe 4 and the inner washing pipe 5, respectively.
