PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe clamp capable of being suitably used for a hanging scaffold and a scaffold hanger capable of promoting work efficiency and safety when the hanging scaffold is dismantled. SOLUTION: A scaffold hanger is equipped with a hook 22 provided to at least the first end of a chain, the chain 20 wound on a scaffold bearing section 3 in a building or the like and a pipe clamp 30 providing a connection means 32 on a clamp main body 31 grasping a main pipe 10 constituting a scaffold. Then, the chain 20 is wrapped on the scaffold bearing section 3, the hook 22 of the first end of the chain 20 is connected to a middle part of the chain 20 from the second end side to the scaffold bearing section 3, the chain 20 is mounted to the scaffold bearing section 3, at the same time, a joint device 32 of the pipe clamp 30 is connected to the second end side of the chain 20, the clamp main body 31 of the pipe clamp 30 is fixed to the main pipe 10, and the scaffold is borne through the chain 20 and pipe clamp 30 in a state to hang to the scaffold bearing section 3.
