PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply sufficient fastening strength to a deformed reinforcing bar and a sleeve member in a joint bar anchor in which the sleeve member is pressure-welded to one end of the deformed reinforcing bar. SOLUTION: This joint bar anchor is provided with a deformed rod material 2, a sleeve member 4 and a pin member 6, and the deformed rod material insertion region of the sleeve member 4 is pressed concurrently and uniformly by a press die uniformly split in three or more directions in the outer peripheral direction. Pressure welding teeth are set at the prescribed pitch on the press die so that press welding tooth bars are formed at least at two positions between the deformed bars of the deformed rod material 2, and the tooth flanks of the pressure welding teeth are formed into a circular arc shape so that the adhesion degree of a pressure welding portion is improved.
