PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the IC card forming device which is more small-sized than conventional one and facilitates electromagnetic wave countermeasures. SOLUTION: The IC card forming device is equipped with an image forming machine 18 which forms an image on an IC card 12 and an IC card information writing/reading means 16 which writes or read at least information to or out of the IC of the IC card. The IC card information writing/reading means has antenna means 15a and 15b which write or read at least information to or out of the IC of the IC card. The antenna means can easily be arranged so as to minimize an electromagnetic wave leaking out of the IC card forming device. |
