BEVERAGE CONTAINER WITH COVER AND SPOUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a beverage container with a base and a cover to be screwed thereon so as to use together with a spout to be set to the opening of the container. SOLUTION: A cover 14 is provided with a shoulder section with a rim contact section 38 to be set in the sealed state on an upper rim 22 of a container in the case of not using a spout 16. The shoulder section is provided with a spout contact section 40 with a cam surface 60. The spout is provided with follower protruded line to be engaged with the cam surface to hold the spout on a given position when the cover is turned to be removed. Increased pressure can be released from a carbonic drink in the stored state to protect the spout from being separated from the base because of the increase of pressure by the arrangement.
