PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary moving unit suitable for use under a severe using conditions such as a high temperature, high speed, vacuum or low temperature and having an excellent torque life. SOLUTION: This rotary moving unit 1 has a movable element 2 capable of making a rotating movement or a linear movement, a supporting body 3 for supporting the movable element 2, a rotary body 4 positioned between the movable element 2 and the supporting body 3 and rotating accompanying with the movement of the movable element 2, and a lubricant 6 arranged between the movable element 2 and the supporting body 3 where the rotary body 4 rotates. The lubricant 6 contains either one of a liquid fluorinated polymer oil showing 100-3,000 mm2/sec range of dynamic viscosity at (-)20 deg.C and <=2×10-4 Torr vapor pressure at 50 deg.C or a liquid fluorinated polymer oil showing 10-400 mm2/sec dynamic viscosity at 40 deg.C and 3-80 mm2/sec dynamic viscosity at 100 deg.C as a base oil. |
