摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a substrate for a high density optical disk which is free from air entrainment and has good mechanical properties such as rotation and acceleration by setting the difference between the cavity surface of a stamper holder for fixing a stamper and the recording surface of the stamper to a specified size or below. SOLUTION: A molten resin is injected into cavities 15 formed by clamping fixed side and movable side molds 3, 4, and the information pattern of a stamper 9 is transferred to the resin to form a disk substrate 15. The cavity surface of a stamper holder 20 for fixing the stamper 9 arranged between the cavities 15 and the recording surface of the stamper 9 are set up to be the same. Namely, on the processed substrate 15, the cavity surface of the stamper holder 20 and the recording surface of the stamper are set up to be the same surface, and a specified intersection in the thickness of the stamper 9 is decreased. The intersection is set up at 15μm or below. In this way, a laminated disk substrate without air entrainment is produced.
