PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve housing fixed type underground buried valve which can reduce man-hour required for installation to improve installation workability, implement reduction in cost, and be installed depending on variations of buried depth with simple preparation. SOLUTION: At an upper end of a valve casing cover 3, a valve housing reception 11 which has a center hole 11A and is in a metal disk like shape is placed. The valve housing reception 11 is fixed to the valve casing cover 3 fastened with a plurality of bolts 12. A valve stem 5 is projected upward through the center hole 11A. On an upper face of the valve housing reception 11, an inclined wall valve housing 8 is placed and fixed to the valve housing reception 11 with a plurality of bolts 13. Two height adjusting rings 14 are stacked on the inclined wall valve housing 8, and an annular cover frame 9 is placed on the upper height adjusting ring 14. The annular cover frame 9 supports a cover 10 to be capable of removing so that the cover frame 9 and the cover 10 face to the ground GL to be in a same face or in an approximately same face.
