PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net-like structural body capable of obtaining higher rigidity and easily carrying out work. SOLUTION: A net-like panel unit 20 of a space truss advantageous to strength is used to form a fence 11. By the constitution, rigidity of the fence 11 formed of large and small net bodies 21 and 22 of the net-like panel unit 20 can be increased. By forming the net-like panel unit 20 into a space truss, it is not required to thicken a member forming the net-like panel unit 20 or to ensure the rigidity by providing a reinforced member. Accordingly, since the whole net-like panel unit 20 can be lightly formed, handling is easily executed to make it possible to promote work efficiency.
