PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bearing structure for a motor, which can be manufactured easily, whose cost can be reduced and which can be strengthened with respect to the slip and friction of a bearing by a method, wherein the bearing is constituted of a synthetic-resin molded product. SOLUTION: In this bearing structure for a motor, a shaft 2 of a motor 1 is inserted into and passed through a bearing 3 and a bearing 4, and the shaft 2 is rotatable with respect to a component 10, into and through which the shaft 2 is inserted and passed. In this case, the bearings 3, 4 are formed of a synthetic resin whose surface is formed into a smooth face. Then, a face 31 which comes into contact with the component 10 at the bearing 3, a face 41 which comes into contact with the rotor 11 of the motor 1 at the bearing 4 and/or an inner face 32, and an inner face 42 which come into contact with the shaft 2 are coated and are machined so as to have smooth property.
