PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can be greatly improved in flame retardancy in the absence of halogenated flame retardants. SOLUTION: The resin composition may be composed of a styrene resin, a polyamide resin, a carboxylated rubber-reinforced styrene resin and a phosphoric acid compound. The composition may further combine an inorganic filler so that a composition excellent in flame retardancy and impact strength can be obtained. The carboxylated rubber-reinforced styrene resin may include styrene resins modified with (meth)acrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid and the like.
