PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method sharply reducing the on-site work for a kitchen and sanitary room, capable of shortening the construction period with little work error and little leak error, capable of attaining an accurate finished state, and capable of sharply reducing the construction cost in constructing a concrete structure. SOLUTION: A drain pie b11, a toilet sewage pipe b12, a feed water pipe and a power line b14 are arranged and wired on the skeleton of a kitchen and sanitary room portion B, apparatuses are installed in a bathroom b1, a dressing/washing room b3 and a toilet b2, the interior work of the kitchen and sanitary room portion B is completed in advance, then it is installed on the slab a1 of a concrete building at a site. The outer peripheral wall b26 and ceiling wall of the kitchen and sanitary room portion B are utilized as a form, and concrete is placed to construct a kitchen and sanitary room. |
