PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device of a yacht and a boat which simplifies handle operation for pressing and pulling a slidable frame, is capable fixing the frame certainly with simple operation, and holds a hull stably regardless of the width of the hull. SOLUTION: A on-vehicle device of a yacht and a boat is capable of loading and unloading a hull, by providing a frame 8 placing the hull on slidably along base bodies 6, 7 connected sequentially to a carbody, and pulling the frame 8 horizontally and tilting a front side downward. In the on-vehicle device of a yacht and a boat, a carrying handle 15 pressing and pulling the frame 8 is provided with capable of putting out and back to the frame 8 and moving a top edge side downward in a projecting position. Moreover, at the time of finishing to load and unload the hull and returning the frame 8 to an original position where a vehicle can run, a stopper 22 positioning the frame 8 to the original position and a lock lever 23 constraining the frame 8 to the original position are provided. In addition, a pedestal 9 supporting a right and left gunwale of the hull respectively is provided slidably in a direction of the width of the hull.
