PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly lock horizontal position of a vehicular body with simple structure. SOLUTION: This vehicle with a caster has a caster wheel 3 mounted on a vehicular body 2 so as to be vertically movable within a specified range and a depressing spring 9 which downwardly energizes the caster wheel 3, and the depressing spring 9 is compressed by grounding the caster wheel 3 to make the vehicular body 2 approximately horizontal. The vehicle is also provided with a lock system 10 for locking the caster wheel 3 so as not to be elevated.
