PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where even an image communication equipment having no display device suitable for a moving picture and unable to display this moving picture can reproduce the moving picture by effectively utilizing a portable telephone set or a portable terminal such as PHS having a display device or a display device of an external terminal such as a digital camera. SOLUTION: A facsimile equipment 101 has a function of receiving moving picture data together with image data from an opposite facsimile equipment 108 in compliance with a BFT procedure of the ITU-T recommendations. Furthermore, the facsimile equipment 101 uses a recording section 110 to print out the image data in the case of receiving the moving picture data together with the image data. Furthermore, the moving picture data are transmitted to a PHS terminal 102 or a digital camera 209 and a display device 103 of the PHS terminal 102 or a display device of the digital camera displays the moving picture. |
