PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic seal system where a seal can be depressed on a seal printing face in the same way as a regular seal and the seal can electronically be depressed by transferring the print of the seal printing face of the electronic seal on the surface of an electronic sheet and transferring electronic information stored in the electronic seal to the electronic sheet. SOLUTION: When an electronic seal 10 is pressed to a cinnabar seal inkpad and an electronic sheet 100 is sealed, the print 140 of a seal printing face 20 is copied on the surface of the electronic sheet 100 and information recorded in the IC part 30 of the electronic seal 10 is emitted from an antenna part 40. The electronic sheet 100 receives information in an antenna part 120 and records it in an IC chip part 110. Information transferred from the electronic seal 10 to the electronic sheet 100 is seal information and/or seal possessor information. Seal information is seal identification information, print information and a valid time limit. Print information and the valid time limit are read and they are used for judging the authenticity and the validity of the electronic seal 10.
