PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring and wiring change and to increase the reliability of an optical connection between optical components. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a splitter module which has one end side connected to an in-office cable and optical fibers 6 for connection which store optical branch modules 4 each having one end side connected to a terminated cable 2 in a device rack and connect optical fiber connection parts formed on the splitter module and optical fiber connection parts 41 formed on an optical branch module 4, one to one. A tray 28c for wiring which mounts and leads the optical fibers 6 for connection to the optical fiber connection part 41 of the optical branch module 4 is provided on the upper side of the optical fiber connection part 41 and the tray 28c is provided with an R guide 42 which divides the optical fibers 6 for connection into optical fiber groups and guides them to the optical fiber connection parts 41 by the optical fiber group and a cord guide 43 which divides the optical fiber groups by the number of the optical fiber connection parts 41 of the optical branch modules 4.
