PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject animal giving higher incidence of new born babies than an entraining in a resting stage of a cell cycle or only one time of nuclear transplantation by introducing a nucleus of a somatic cell entrained in a metaphase of a cell cycle into a cytoplasm of an enucleated unfertilized egg. SOLUTION: This somatic cell clone animal is produced by culturing and propagating a somatic cell isolated from an adult or a fetus, performing freeze preserving and introducing into a cytoplasm of an unfertilized egg enucleated a nucleus of the somatic cell by melt-cultured and entrained during the metaphase of a fission, or introducing the nucleus of the somatic cell into the cytoplasm of the enucleated unfertilized egg, activating the nucleus, forming a nucleus and introducing the nucleus into an enucleated fertilized egg. As an entraining reagent in the metaphase of the fission, preferably Nocodazole is used.
