SOLUTION: This device is provided with a retrieval condition inputting part 201 which inputs a retrieval condition retrieving information in a database 200 comprising information including information collected from the Internet in natural sentences, a phase extracting part 202 which extracts phrases to be utilized for retrieval among inputted retrieval condition contents in the natural sentences, a similar information extracting part 203 which extracts similar information whose contents are similar to the contents of the inputted retrieval conditions in the natural sentences on the basis of the extracted phrases and a display part 204 which arranges and displays all or a part of extracted similar information and/or information representing the similar information in the order of similarity.
