PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically stop an operation when a heating element connecting area in a glass layer of a refrigerator door and the like is damaged, by a constitution that the outside connecting parts of one or more electric terminals disposed in an insulating housing are movably brought into contact with first and second parts of a device, and an inside connecting part is electrically connected to a first circuit member connected to a power source, only when the terminal is at its off position. SOLUTION: In the cavity 46 of the insulating housing 42 of this electric connector to connect a front side having a water proof conductive area and a rear glass panel, first and second electric terminals 58, 64 are provided with body parts 60, 66 and V-shaped spring parts 62, 68. An inside connecting part 63 of the spring part 62, the outside connecting part 61 of which is brought into contact with the front panel, fits an inside connecting part 69 engaged with a first circuit member 70 connected to a power source and the outside connecting part 67, which is brought into contact with the rear panel, to the second electric terminal 64 having the spring part 68. In case the front panel is damaged, the outside connecting part 61 elastically extends outward from a first surface 41 and the inside connecting part 63 parts from the terminal body part 66, in order to automatically shut off the circuit. |
