PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pedal or a push-rod in a passenger room from being pushed back to a driver side by easily pushing down a hydraulic master cylinder laterally when external force is applied from a vehicle body front side. SOLUTION: A booster 4 and a hydraulic master cylinder 5 are arranged slantingly from a vehicle body longitudinal line toward the upper direction of the vehicle body. A low-strength part 9 is arranged on the body upper side of a front face plate 4c in the booster 4. A first cutout part 10f opened of the outer circumferential edge is arranged on a reinforcing plate 10, while the lower side of a reinforcing flange 10b in the reinforcing plate 10 is partially cut off so as to be formed into a second cutout 10g. When external force is applied to the hydraulic master cylinder 5 from the body front direction, the hydraulic master cylinder 5 is easily tiled toward the body upper direction by means of the low-strength part 9 and the first and second cutout parts 10f, 10g. |
