Further, the capacity is formed storing the charges between the second hold capacity electrode 55 and the third hold capacity electrode 90. This is the second hold capacity. These first, second hold capacity formed in such a manner function so that the total of these capacity holds a voltage applied to a gate electrode 42 of a second TFT 40.
