PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive tilting of a fixture by passing a hook part through a fitting hole with the elastic deformation of a lock piece, and providing the fixture with a tilting regulating part for regulating the tilting of the fixture in relation to a plate member. SOLUTION: Four projections 14 are integrally formed with the periphery of a front end of a fixture 6 main body, and an axial space between a tip of each projection 14 and a hook part 9 of an elastic lock piece 7 is formed slightly larger than the plate thickness of a plate member 12. Consequently, normally a little clearance is formed between the tip of the projections 14 and the plate member 12, and when the bending moment is applied to the fixture 6 and the fixture 6 is tilted, at least one projection 14 abuts on the plate member 12 so as to prevent the excessive tilting of the fixture 6, and increase in the sliding resistance of an inner cable 3 is restrained, and the displacement of the wiring route of a control cable 1 is prevented. The lowering of the load transmitting efficiency is restrained, and generation of removal of the lock piece from the plate member can be prevented.
