PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number dialing device by storing a plurality of destination telephone numbers and trying to dial other stored telephone numbers when connection is failed so as to attain connection to a destination quickly through a simple operation. SOLUTION: When a user uses an entry device 3 to enter a destination registration number or any of telephone numbers of a registered access point to designate a destination provider, a CPU 2 references a time zone depending telephone number table expanded in a RAM 4 to designate the telephone numbers in the order of results having been connected more successfully at a current time zone on the basis of a current time received from a clock section 9 as to the telephone numbers of a plurality of access points registered for the designated destination provider and allows the telephone number dialing device 10 to execute dialing.
