摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance concentricity between the external periphery of a rotor core and the center of a shaft so that the necessary torque can be transmitted from a rotor to the shaft, by press fitting the shaft of the rotor core to a hole, and forming a protrusion and a streak along an axial direction in an internal peripheral surface of the hole. SOLUTION: Four protrusions 22 are formed in parallel along a center axis direction in an internal peripheral surface of a hole 21 provided in the center part of a rotor core 2 in an inner rotor 1. A press fitted shaft 3 is formed in straight bar shape without providing the protrusion. The shaft 3 of high rigidity, by constituting it so as to be press fitted to a hole of the rotor core 2 of rigidity lower than that of the shaft 3, is press fitted in parallel to an axial center direction of the rotor core 2 while guided by the protrusion 22 so as to crush a tip end part of the protrusion 22 formed in the hole 21 of the rotor core 2. Accordingly, the shaft 3 can be inserted by ensuring high accuracy of concentricity without generating a fine curve or the like in the shaft 3 by friction force.
