PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type water supply meter which suppresses the visual recognition of the integrated value from becoming difficult due to dewing to facilitate reading the integrated value. SOLUTION: A dial 12 is mounted on the top of an upper base plate 10 forming an integration indicator A. A transparent cap 13 having a side wall 13a covering the top of the dial 12 and a side wall 13c covering the side part of the integration indicator A is disposed on the top of the dial 12, the side walls 13a, 13c being molded in one piece and the side wall 13c has a thickness D1 less than the thickness D2 of the top wall 13a. The gap between the dial 12 and the cap 13 is set in a range of 0.1-0.3 mm, and an indication plate 22 is rotatably fitted into a hole 24 of the upper base plate 10.
