PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiencies without increasing the air resistance of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, heat exchange tubes 12(12a, 12b, 12c) are provided at least along the flow of air so that fins 11(11a, 11b, 11c) are separately arranged so as not to lap each other, while the fins 11(11a, 11b, 11c) are provided so as not to be aligned with each other on a straight line in the flow direction of air. Thus, when the air flowing out of adjacent fins 11 (e.g. fins 11a) on the upstream side of the air flows into between fins 11 (e.g. 11b) on the downstream side of the air, the flow of air is divided and collected to produce a turbulence of air, and hence heat exchange efficiencies can be improved without increasing the resistance of air in a heat exchanger 10.
