PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine provided with a support member capable of protecting a driver's cab in case of an overturn. SOLUTION: An upper revolving superstructure 52 having an upper frame is arranged on a lower travel body, and a driver's cab 55 is mounted on one side of the upper section of the upper frame. A support member 1 having the shape and strength to support a construction machine 50 is fitted to the side of the driver's cab on the side face of the upper frame so that the driver's cab 55 is not grounded together with the lower travel body when the construction machine 50 is overturned to the side where the driver's cab 55 is mounted.
