PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost rolling device with a superior corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In a rolling device, such as a rolling bearing made of martensitic stainless steel, a part where a finishing is not performed, for example, an outside diameter round face of an outer race 2 is dry-honed, an oxide film rusted by a heat treatment is removed, and thereby a following process such as acid pickling is simplified. The surface roughness of unfinished part for dry-honing is preferred to be 0.3μmRa or less. The stainless steel as a raw material is preferred to contain 0.05-0.18% nitrogen and 0.45-0.7% in total contents of carbon and nitrogen. Vitreous grains, ceramic grains or carbide beads are preferred to be used as a projectile for dry-honing.
