PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment outputting a trapezoidal wave current without receiving the influence of the voltage fluctuation of a power source. SOLUTION: A trapezoidal wave voltage generating circuit 10 outputs the trapezoidal wave voltage based on the ground by charging/discharging operation to a capacitor C1 based on an input signal Sin and a voltage-current converting circuit 20 converts the trapezoidal wave voltage outputted from the circuit 10 to a trapezoidal wave current. A current mirror circuit 30 is driven by the voltage-current converting circuit to allow the trapezoidal wave current to flow to the voltage-current converting circuit and outputs a trapezoid wave current of a shape nearly similar to the trapezoidal wave current as a transmission signal.
