PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a capacitor element which can obtain a capacitor element, having stable voltage breakdown characteristic by reducing dust rolled into the capacitor element, when dielectric members and conducting foils are alternately laminated, rolled and formed in the capacitor element. SOLUTION: A dust-eliminating means, constituted of an air sucking device 12 or the like, is arranged on a precedent stage of a roll-up roller 3 which is laminated alternately and rolls up dielectric members 1a-1d and conducting foils 2a, 2b. Falling dust and dust to be fallen on the dielectric members 1a-1d and the conducting foils 2a, 2b are eliminated, before the dielectric members 1a-1d and the conducting foils 2a, 2b are laminated.
