PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decorate a see-through shutter to thereby enable diversification of the design thereof. SOLUTION: A shutter main body 1 is a retractable see-through shutter which is operated by folding sash bars 2 by means of retractable linking mechanisms 4. On the other hand, linking elements 9 are arranged in a manner lying astride the plurality of sash bars 2. By distributing axial support and sliding for the sash bars 2, the linking elements 9 can be folded between the plurality of sash bars 2 in response to the retractable linking mechanisms 4. Thus, by combining the linking elements 9, decorative linking mechanisms 8 showing a design indicative of the category of business are arranged on the shutter main body 1.
