PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply water into a water tank dependent on a flowing-out of predetermined amount of stored water from a water tank, thereby always stably supply water of specified amount from the water tank. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of an auxiliary tank 4 communicated with a hot water tank 2; a float 5 floated in stored water W2 stored in the auxiliary tank 4 under a state in which stored water W1 is filled in the hot water tank 2; a micro-switch 6 changed over by the float 5, turned OFF when a water level of the stored water W2 is positioned at an upper limit water level H and turned ON when the water level of the stored water W2 is positioned at a lower limit water level L; a water supplying pump 7 for supplying water to the auxiliary tank 4; a controller 8 for operating the water supplying pump 7 when the micro-switch 6 is turned ON and for stopping an operation of the water supplying pump 7 when the micro-switch 6 is turned OFF. In this case, a sectional area near the water surface of the stored water W2 within the auxiliary tank 4 is set to be smaller than a cross sectional area at the upper end in the hot water tank 2.
