PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with multiple ciphering algorithm and cryptographic keys. SOLUTION: The data matching device 10 is equipped with a decoding part 110 which inputs a ciphered sale amount and a ciphered purchase amount from a reader writer 300 and decodes one of them which can be decoded by itself, a communication part 120 which requests another data matching device to decode the sale amount or purchase amount which can not be decoded by sending it out to the Internet 200 and receives the decoded sale or purchase amount through the Internet 200, and a data matching part 130 which matches the decoded sale amount and decoded purchase amount against each other. |
