PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing device, etc., capable of easily registering a document related to schedule information and also easily extracting a desired document in a retrieval mode. SOLUTION: In this document management system, a schedule information fetching part 11 is provided in a terminal device, plural pieces of schedule information fetched by plural terminal devices 1 are sent to a document managing device 2 through a network 4 and fetched in a storing part 24, the plural fetched schedule information is shown on a display part 12 in the device 1 through the network 4, an inputting part 3 selects one piece of schedule information among the plural displayed schedule information, the identification code of the selected schedule information and document data to be registered are sent to the device 2, and the system control part 21 in the device 2 associates the document data with the schedule information and registers it.
