摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable a high S/N ratio and a wide dynamic range by arranging an X-ray scintillator, a lens array and an area sensor (an amplification-type CMOS sensor) which corresponds to each lens of the lens array are arranged in this order so as to be constituted. SOLUTION: An X-ray scintillator, a lens array and an area sensor which corresponds to each lens of the lens array are arranged in this order. A radiation-image formation system photographs an original by using X-rays irradiated from an X-ray tube 1, and an X-ray image is captured by this radiation image detector 2. An X-ray image is fetched as an image signal from the radiation-image detector 2, and the image is processed by an image processing part 3 so as to be sent to a network 4. A display 5 and an output device 6 are connected to the network 4. The X-ray image is displayed on the display 5 such as a CRT or the like, or the X-ray image is printed and outputted by the output device 6 such as a laser image which contains a silver- halide dry system, an ink-jet printer or the like.
