PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visual recognizability and report clearly in advance a win and announce a jackpot to a player by displaying luminously an advance win report and a jackpot announcement in the form of a frame or plane. SOLUTION: EL illuminants based on electroluminescence(EL) are used as a luminous display device 450, which is formed by providing screen printing to a transparent polyester film surface so that a printed portion may be formed so as to be luminous in the form of a line, a frame or a plane by passing electricity to a receiving electrode. When embodied in a Pachinko (Japanese pinball game) slot machine, the luminous display device 450 is mounted in a positional relation corresponding to the field of vision of a plurality of reels, and rows of nine patterns of the three reels are the subject of advance win report and jackpot announcement. The luminous display device 450 has EL illuminants 460, 480, 470 and 475 forming linearly the luminous sections, and is mounted in a manner that establishes a pattern display positional relation between patterns existing in stationary positions of the reels and the linearly formed EL illuminants.
