PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission equipment capable of performing data transmission after surely recovering the receiving situation of a receiving terminal when abnormality occurs in the receiving terminal. SOLUTION: When a CPU 10a retransmits a 9-th bit clock signal alone (empty clock) when a reception confirmation signal is not returned from an EEPROM 50 to a 9-th bit clock signal which is added to transmission data and transmitted by the CPU 10a, a CPU 50b solves the problem on the abnormality of a receiving situation by returning a reception confirmation signal while synchronizing with the clock signal. For this reason, when abnormality occurs in a receiving terminal, it is possible to perform data transmission after surely recovering the receiving situation of the receiving terminal.
