PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and vibration of a chipping work, by inserting a cutter into a hole opened on the surface layer of a concrete wall to be chipped and chipping the surface layer in succession while rotationally transferring the cutter. SOLUTION: A guide frame H in which a lateral beam 2 is incorporated with a pair of vertical columns 1 provided with an appropriate distance and transferably laid between the columns 1, making use of a part of a structure attached to a wall A, a floor face or a ceiling, etc., or a wall face A' while retaining a slight distance on the wall A, is set up. A hole 4 is formed on the wall face A' corresponding to a required start point H' and a chipping tool 10 is set to the lateral beam 2 and a disc cutter 100 is inserted in the hole 4. A diamond tip fixed to one side face is inserted in between the concrete wall body A1 and the wall mortar wall-body A2 to cut the mortar wall body A2 according to the rotation of the disc cutter 100, further, to crush the cut mortar wall body A2 by means of a chipping cemented carbide tip fixed to the other side face to chip it off. Noise is less and the chipping work can be rapidly and finely carried out due to the diamond tip.
