PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the overturn of a machine body by warning that the inclination of a construction machine approaches the limit angle of the machine capability (limit angle before the machine is overturned) to an operator. SOLUTION: An inclination detector 2 constituted of a case 4, a pendulum 6 suspended from the upper section of the case 4, and an angle setting ring 8 vertically movably supported on a support member is removably fixed to a construction machine 1 by a magnet 12. The pendulum 6, support member and angle setting ring 8 are conductors, and the pendulum 6 and the support member are connected to a warning device 3 by cables 9. When the construction machine 1 is inclined and the pendulum 6 is brought into contact with the angle setting ring 8, they are conducted to operate the warning device 3.
