PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in balance characteristics between adhesive force and cohesive force and showing high adhesive force and high cohesive force after crosslinking treatment by including a specified polyester having a low acid value and a specified polyester having a high acid value. SOLUTION: This composition includes (A) a polyester having a polycarbonate structure, >=20,000 weight-average molecular weight and <=0.05 KOHmg/g acid number and (B) a polyester having a polycarbonate structure, >=20,000 weight- average molecular weight and 1-10 KOHmg/g acid number at the ratio of 10-50 wt.% component A and 90-50 wt.% component B. The component A and the component B preferably have recurring units of the formula (R is a 2-20C hydrocarbon) and are obtained by e.g. polycondensation of a diol having a polycarbonate structure such as hexamethylenecarbonate diol with a dicarboxylic acid such as sebacic acid.
