PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method, an information providing device and an information providing system capable of performing security protection even when an inexpensive public network is used and reducing man- hours. SOLUTION: A production management server receives operation management information occasionally transmitted from an in-company terminal device, generates production management information on the basis of it and transmits it to an information providing server. The information providing server receives and records the production management information. When a terminal device makes an access request to obtain the production management information (S301), the information providing server confirms whether or not the terminal device has an access right (S302), whether or not the user of the terminal device is a person having an access right (S307) and further whether or not the person having the access right is a legal user for the terminal device (S309), and provides information (S317) only when all of them are confirmed. |
