PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endermism apparatus including a tacky agent having a low silanol concentration within a regulated range by constituting the device of a specific apparatus and the specified tacky agent. SOLUTION: This endermism apparatus is constituted of (A) an endermism apparatus comprising a medicine and a means for percutaneously supplying the medicine while controlling the supply, and (B) a silicone-based tacky agent comprising a mixture consisting of (i) 40-70 pts.wt. resin copolymer comprising triorganosiloxane unit of the formula R3SiO1/2 (R is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon) and a tetra-functional siloxane unit of the formula SiO4/2 in an amount regulated so that the molar ratio of the former to the ratter may be 0.6-0.9 and (ii) 30-60 pts.wt. polydiorganosiloxane comprising the unit of the formula ARSiO having the terminus blocked by a unit of the formula TRASiO1/2 (A is R or a 1-6C halogenated hydrocarbon; T is R, OH, H or the like), and obtained by treating at least a part of the components (i) and/or (ii), with (iii) a chemical treating agent capable of reacting with an Si-bonded OH group to reduce the silanol content so that the content of the Si-bonded OH group may be 8,000-13,000 ppm.
